Can your adenoids grow back if removed?

Yes, : and that what usually happens, if the cause for enlarged adenoids isn't treated, which is mainly chronic inflammation mostly due due to allergies. It is very hard to completely remove all the adenoid pad as it doesn't have a capsule like the tonsils, best wishes
