My child had tonsils removed as well as adenoids its day 13and she is still not eating she had taken fluids very well until day 11 she started vomiting and taken less fluids. we went back to the hospital on day 12 but they said no bad signs.

Vomiting s/p surgery: Call her doctor-primary care or go back again to the ER . if not drinking may need IV fluids, also does she have fever? Even if not feverish would f/u/ w/ MD/ER Would still check for strep or other infection or reflux. F/u/ today
