Had my tonsils and adenoids removed two months ago. i notice a growth of tissue in back near right tonsil area and tongue. what could it be?

Possible tonsil: It is possible for tonsils to regrow when they are removed, but usually they do not grow back to their original size. It is best to have your doctor look at this to make sure it is tonsil tissue and not some other sort of growth.
