In a 52 yrs old 76 kg and 5'10" tall male spleen size 8.2 cm is smaller than average spleen size.is it a serious matter? and why is it small like this

Are you healthy?: If you are healthy otherwise, I would not lose sleep over a smaller spleen. If your doctor suspects that you may have an infarction of the spleen , you may need an evaluation on the blood supply to the spleen.
