Depends on problem: I the gallstone is symptomatic, the only treatment is surgical removal of the gallbladder. Greenish flui in the stomach is normal.

Depends.: If the stone is not bothering you most would say leave it alone. Others (me as well) would tell you that gall bladder cancer is rarely found without stones. You are young and can have the stone for many years without symptoms, then trouble can start. I would discuss this with your doctor.
