I am 22 years old male and i am still growing in height, at 21 i was 193.5cm and now i have 195.3 cm( 1 month ago i was 194.5). and yet i am very skinny(59 kg). why i am still growing? what to do to stop my growth? and why i am so skinny?

77 inches, 6 ft 5 is taller than the average, but may be reasonable depending on your mid-parental height. If possible, check in with your doctor to see how your height has increased over time. At 22 years, it is unlikely you will grow more.
