Overweight: Your BMI comes out at 28 which is considered overweight. Reduce the fat and carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes) in your diet. Whole grain bread/pasta. Avoid beef and pork. Eat more lean chicken, fish, beans, nuts for protein. More fresh vegetables. Fruits ok also but watch the sugar (carbohydrate) in them. More water, cut out soda and fruit juices. Exercise more and good luck.
