Lymphoma diagnosis: Signs and symptoms plus or minus a Pet or CT scan can suggest a diagnosis of lymphoma but a diagnosis needs to be confirmed by an excision biopsy of an entire node. A lot of other diagnoses can mimic lymphoma on scans. History and physical can narrow the choices.
