What are other reasons for a swollen lymph node in neck near jugular vein other than lymphoma? 24 y/o male not sick, no fever. prolactinoma history.

Most common : Is infection, such as dental abscess, strep throat or viral pharyngitis, gingivitis, other problems like sinus or mastoid infections. Note I do not list lymphoma. Maybe see your dentist first and get that evaluated.
