23yo male with 24mm/h esr and 1mg/dl crp. ive had many swollen 1.3cm nodes in neck and armpits for over a year. daily low grade fevers at night up to 100f. my esr was 68 last year, but pet/ct showed no sign of uptake. should i worry about lymphoma?
