4 teeth pulled: It sounds like a normal post operative response to the extractions. However, without a visual exam it is impossible to know for sure. You should have a 7-10 day post-op exam scheduled with your surgeon, at which time he/she can check the sites. If you do not have an exam scheduled, call and make an appointment to have the areas examined.

Need reevaluation: May have small piece of bone that needs removal. May have infection. See the Dentist or Oral Surgeon for post-surgical reevaluation.
