It would be a mistake to try to treat this yourself with either manual pulling dentures you choose yourself. It could result in deformity of your jaw, teeth, or both, as well as possible tooth erosion. See your dentist or a head/facial surgeon for professional advice. (Depending on your local medical community, a head/face surgeon might be an otolaryngologist [ENT] or plastic surgeon.)

Not if you have a skeletal malrelationship. At age 36 it takes both Orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery to fix a severe skeletal malrelationship. And pulling teeth and making plates will not fix a skeletal malrelationship. Perhaps an evaluation in ther Orthodontic Department at a University's Dental School is in order.
