Mri- mild subacromial subdeltoid bursitis with slight hypertrophic changes at the inferior distal clavicle causing mild mass effect w/o injury. pt??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rotator cuff: It sounds as if you have rotator cuff tendonitis with possible impingement. Physical therapy, rest from overhead activities, possible NSAIDs and a cortisone injection are all good options as first-line treatment.
