Calcium and Vit D: This is a combination of calcium and vitamin D. Ask a local pharmacist for something they carry with both those incgedients and have her take it twice a day. The calcium in Shelcal CT is 500 mg. This is pretty standard so you should have no trouble finding a substitute.
