Surgery may help.: Actually, if your breathing difficulty is specifically on the side of the concha bullosa, then surgery really may help. I would start with a trial of over the counter asacort two puffs in each nostril daily for six weeks. If not better, then I really would consider a removal of the obstructive concha bullosa.
