Spotting with Jadell: that can be the period or spotting as one of the side effects of the implant and similar contraceptives using this group of hormones that can improve overtime. smoking is important factor that can make it worse there can be other causes of bleeding as pregnancy or other causes like infection or lesions of the cervix. the problem persist or bothering you, see your doctor for advice

Not uncommon: It is not uncommon for women using Implanon / Nexplanon to have menstrual changes, including periods that last longer than normal, bleeding or spotting between periods, or missed periods. Whomever inserted this device should have counseled you about this. It is almost never serious (rarely if ever leads to anemia), but if you are concerned, see your dr to discuss options to manage these changes.
