Possibly cystitis: cystitis is inflammation of the bladder. Which then causes bleeding from urethra, usually when u wipe. Can also cause painful spasms of the bladder and urgency to urinate. Would suggest seeing a doctor for potential antibiotics and get some Azo for relief of any pain or discomfort present
