Probably not: The Norplant (levonorgestrel) implants provide hormone by slow release. Depending on how old they were and how they were removed, the hormone could still have effects for a few weeks. Unless you just happen to have an "old" implant that was no longer working, then you could get pregnant. However, if all tests are negative, blood is usually sensitive at about 3 weeks after conception.
