Investigation: Other causes of weight loss like diabetes, thyroid disorder, liver disease and on course cancer of the gastrintestinal tract have to be considered and ruled out. Please see a gastroenterologist asap.

Check with your doc: Your more than intended weight loss may indicate an underlying disease.
Better be safe and check with your doc. Ask about colonoscopy, esr, and additional testing. Do not wait.
