I am experiencing fatigue, appetite changes (quality: increased appetite) , trouble sleeping (quality: unrefreshing sleep) (worsened by: varying sleep schedule, alcohol use) , night sweats, decreased energy level, difficulty staying awake during day, wei

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sleep is important.: Stop alcohol use and then contact a doctor about a sleep study. If your night sweats are from a cold clammy skin, this is anxiety, if your skin is hot to the touch, your thyroid may be working incorrectly. In any case, you need evaluation by a physician to help get your sleep back on track. Sleep problems can cascade into a lot of very nasty consequences. Get help.
