Diarrhea rids toxins: It's possible the diarrhea was related to the alcohol consumption, although there could be other factors at work. The noise you hear is probably the increased gut motility that is contributing to the diarrhea. A doctor can help you with a THOROUGH history/symptom check -and perform an examination with diagnostic tests to help come up with a treatment plan. (Basically more info is needed here).
