Not growing: 5 years after your first period you should be fully grown so a growth spurt is not likely. If you have an increasing appetite it is probably from other factors. Increased calorie needs can result from new levels of exercise, new body requirements (pregnancy), or nutritional deficiencies (iron deficiency anemia).
