Possible tumor : This is probably nothing serious, But anytime there is a lump or mass on a testicle there is the possibility of a testicle cancer. Have it examined by a doctor, preferably a urologist. An ultrasound of the testicle can usually make the diagnosis if there is any question

LUMP: Certainly sounds like a "hands on" physical examination is warranted, which will likely result in ultrasound/Doppler studies of both testicles.

Testicular lump: Please see your doctor to get further evaluate with a possible ultrasound imaging study. Please do this at your earliest convenience. Sometimes these lumps could be benign.
