LUMP: Certainly sounds like a "hands on" physical examination is warranted, which will likely result in ultrasound/Doppler studies of both testicles.

Testicular lump: Please see your doctor to get further evaluate with a possible ultrasound imaging study. Please do this at your earliest convenience. Sometimes these lumps could be benign.
