Towards the top backside of my right testicle i can feel the area that the epididymis meets the testicle. is this a lump ? or is it common to feel the difference between the testicle surface and the epididymis. it feels more like some extra flesh.

Needs more informati: Great question. This transition point could represent a few items to include a varicocele (dilated blood vessel), cyst of the epididymis both are which benign. However, it is best to discuss with your primary doctor to allow for an exam and imaging with an ultrasound to confirm.
