I have done tse, my testicle shape & size is good, no bad pain, cremasteric reflux good, no bumps or lumps but, it's hard for me to feel the epididymis on right testicle since it doesn't hang low like left testicle. is all good with my testicles?

Swelling: Could be a tumor, but more likely a hydroele or vesicocele. Best course is to see your doctor for exam and possible ulrasound
