Enlarged left testicle. has been large my whole life but seems to have grown recently. hard. slightly smaller than a tennis ball. no pain or discomfort. feels smooth all the way around, no lumps or bumps?

Would follow up with urologist and get an ultrasound. May be a hydrocele, fluid in the sheath surrounding the testicle or varicocele ( varicose vein) but any enlargement should be evaluated.
