Labyrinthitis? Vert?: From your brief description, it is hard to tell. Use HealthTap Prime or talk to an ear-nose-throat (ENT/Otolaryngologist) to discuss further. It sounds, though, like you have vertigo which can be caused by a loose rock (otolith) in the inner ear (your ear naturally makes the otolith to help determine position. Alternatively, viruses can attack the inner ear but usually cause other symptoms also.GL
