Not likely: More likely postural reflexes became deconditioned. These reflexes help body maintain blood flow to brain when suddenly standing up &gravity pulls blood to feet. Usually reflexes return to normal after several days or weeks of spending time on feet. Vestibular system may also be deconditioned, and inner ear may need to re-adapt to standing/moving around. Vestibular training can help.
