Brain imaging might: help. Ask your doctor. If they want imaging of your brain insist on an MRI with and without contrast and ask the radiologist to do FLAIR images in the axial and sagittal plane. MS is a clinical diagnosis however so it may take some time for your doctor to come to a conclusion
