Can inguinal hernia be aggrevated by running? i had ing hernia surgery on rhs and now having dull pain in same area on lhs as i have started running?

Could be.: Dull pain in the groin (inguinal) region is sometimes associated with an uncomplicated inguinal hernia. Things that would aggravate a hernia or make them symptomatic include straining or stretching, such as with running. Have a general surgeon exam you for hernia in the left inguinal area.
