Unlikely: While it usually takes quite a significant blow to head to cause a subdural hematoma, in patients on blood thinners or with certain medical conditions minor trauma could cause significant bleeding. You sound like you have a bruise, but with any loss of consciousness, persistent headache, blurred vision or dizziness, see you doctor.
