See a doctor: if your ear draining clear fluid or a blood, see a doctor, it could be a skull fracture. please do not ignore it.

Local trauma: If the trunk banging on head didn't leave any bruise or bump, it is unlikely that it was severe enough to cause any internal damage. You may have some fluid build up in your ears from previous allergies etc. that was exacerbated by the trauma last night. You may use OTC pain/anti inflammatory agent like Ibuprofen. If symptoms persist, get it checked with your doctor or Urgent care. Feel good.
