Relax: It's normal. That's the remnant of the nerve tissue in the tooth. It will recontour and disappear in just a few days. If you are concerned, have her Family Dentist or Pedodontist (pediatric dental specialist take a look). And while you're at it know that the age recommendation for 1st Orthodontic Examination is Age 7. Doesn't mean that your child will need treatment, but Exam is usually free.

Epulis: this is a benign granuloma arising from the mucosal lining of the alveoler edge it needs to be removed specially if it gives a problem when chewing you need to see your oral surgeon
