Tooth erupting: If she doesn't have all her permanent front teeth yet, then it is likely a tooth erupting into the area. If she has all her permanent teeth in the front, it could be an extra one, or one out of place. Depending on her permanent tooth situation, you may wait and see if a tooth comes through, or see the Dentist to check. She is at the age when these teeth normally erupt. Good Luck

Dental Visit: Let your daughter be evaluated by her dentist. Very hard to say what her lesion is. Better to be proactive than reactive.
