If you have fasting blood sugars of 94 mg/dl, what should your glucose levels be 1, 2, & 3 hours after a carb/sugar rich meal?

Under 140: A fasting glucose under 100 is normal. Blood sugars after a carb rich meal should be under 140 (no matter what time you check it). If it is over 200, that would be consistent with diabetes.
