Fibroadenoma: A fibroadenoma can look like a breast cancer which is also a solid lesion. Palpation and ultrasound may not be able to differentiate them. It calls for collaboration between a breast surgeon and the radiologist, in my opinion, to determine whether a breast biopsy is indicated.
