Not exactly: sure what the question is, but fibroadenomas are common benign Breast masses, usually there is no treatment necessary once the diagnosis is established. Did you have a needle biopsy of the fibroadenoma? The lymph nodes are likely not related. The size of the lymph nodes is not so much important as the shape/morphology, so a 10x5mm node may or may not be abnormal.
