how come i barely drink liquids for several days prior to bloodwork my egfr in the 70's if i drink 30 oz of water or more days prior to test in 90's ?

Egfr: Good observation. Egfr or estimated glomerular filtration rate is highly dependent on the hydration level at the time the blood sample is drawn and your case is just a good example of what a difference hydration might make.
