what other liquids should i drink besides water when taking this medicine for gain weight prevention?

Dr. Jan Lei Iwata

Not clear whether U: are trying to gain weight, or trying to prevent gaining weight while taking medicine? Please clarify which one as water is commonly used to take medicine of any kind, and will not add weight or help lose weight when taking medicine. You should be safe either way.
