Hydration : Water is the best to consume during exercise. If you use sports drinks, use the low sugar ones.

Fluid replacement: In general, water is an adequate fluid replacement for any exercise under 60 minutes. Anything over this amount of time requires electrolyte and glucose replacement, generally found in traditional sports drinks. As climate conditions become more severe, this may change.
