Ur out of danger: Any serious internal injuries such as bleeding would have manifested themselves by now if present--you're in the clear! it's not uncommon to the feel the way you do--the emotional stress of a car crash can linger. Have you thought about speaking to someone about this? Take care.

Motor vehicle trauma: Probably unlikely given the time frame from the trauma incident. Was the MRI of your abdomen and/or chest? If you had imaging to look at abdomen (like a ct or mri) and a chest xray, and they were normal, it is very unlikely to have remote bleeding. If though, you did not, occasionally we see small ruptures/tears of the spleen or liver with subcapsular blood that could remotely rupture--unlikely.
