I have concerns about a cat scan that showed a spot on my liver in march 2017 and then it was bigger in sept 2017 1.6-2.6cm i was supposed to get mri of it but i did not due to fear of mri now im worried ive missed something big ..

See doctor: There is nothing to be afraid of an MRI. MRI is not the only imaging method that could be used. Ultrasound examination may help. Even repeat CT may be useful. Do see your doctor for a consultation. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
