Very unlikely: If truly your initial oral HSV1 infection, there could be a small risk of auto-inoculation of your genital area. However, if your cold sore is typical, i.e. only one blister or sore, or a small cluster of them, your oral herpes probably is not a new infection but recurrence of chronic, previously asymptomatic oral herpes. Longstanding herpes is almost never auto-inoculated to new sites.
