STD finger: Yes you can get it by fingering. But not likely. Time will tell.

Rare But: Possible. Very small chance. Higher risk if you have open cuts or sores on your fingers or you have a compromised immune system. There is a condition called Herpetic Whitlow that was common in dentists before we all wore gloves so it is possible but still very unlikely.
