In a good way; no: Glutathione is unlikely to have any affect on the red cell count but may improve one's white cell count if it is abnormal as it supports immune function. As a substance that boosts immunity and supports detoxification it is likely to reduce risk of all cancers; there is no evidence that glutathione can cause any type of cancer.
