It is not: possible to have leukemia with a normal CBC. The bone pain from leukemia is from pressure in the marrow from excess bad cell production

Leukemia...: Leukemia is an uncontrolled proliferation of malignant cells in the bone marrow. The marrow is composed of bone with marrow spaces. In leukemia, these marrow spaces become overpopulated by leukemic cells which compress the normal bone marrow structures, causing pain. Rarely, the cells cannot get out of the marrow and the WBC/CBC will be normal: an aleukemic leukemic. Hope this helps!
