Met: Upper respiratory infections may cause worsening of asthma and an increased need for Albuterol. Cold remedies are often not very useful, but nasal saline rinses and a vaporizer may help to relieve nasal symptoms. If she is allergic and being treated with an anti histamine, this can be continued.
