Cochlear Hydrops: Normally textbook increased fluid in the inner ear symptoms are hearing loss, tinnitus, dizzyness and feeling of fullness in the ear. However you can have just one symptom. If this is increased fluid in the inner ear, a diuretic such as methazolamide - 50mg twice a day should relieve it. Note: only the carbonic anhydrase diuretics work here.
