Stop worrying: Low levels of monocytes as an isolating finding is never serious. If only 100 cells were counted, this can be dumb luck. They may have been counted as lymphocytes. Or they may actually have been low-ish. Glad you're interested in your health. Wishing you the best.

Monocytes: Zero monocytes is not normal. Recheck your CBC. Sometimes it is a lab error.
