Individual: Hello, most sleep researchers advise against it as studies have suggested that blue LED light inhibits the production of melatonin. Your particular routine may override these deleterious effects, however, and watching TV before sleep is certainly better/healthier than some things you might do. I think the real question is whether you are waking up feeling refreshed, and without aches and pain.
